BIOFACTORY composting plant uses a process ofaerobic bi-oxidation.
The composting is produced in piles with a periodic turning of the bio-mass. According to this method, composting is carried out by putting the matrix to be treated in trapezoidal section windrows that are periodically turned, in order to allow the correct execution of the process.

In BIOFACTORY plant there are five areas:
– office area, front desk and check of transport documents (forms), weight station, parking and transit areas
– area for the production/mixing of cultivation substrates
– bi-oxidation process area
– refining area as well as area for compost stocking
– area for packaging and storage of nurseries substrates pellets.
